1. General

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of awaytravelbx.shop, including purchases made through the online store.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to awaytravelbx.shop, and “you” or “customer” refers to the person accessing the website or purchasing products.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may only enter into a binding purchase contract if you have the legal capacity to do so.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act on that party’s behalf.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately.

Product photographs are illustrative representations. Colour, texture, dimensions, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances, product updates, lighting, photography, or display settings.

Material differences remain subject to applicable contractual and consumer-protection rights.

4. Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Placing an item in a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact you and provide the remedies available under applicable law, including reimbursement where the order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Prices

The price displayed for a product at the relevant stage of checkout is the applicable purchase price, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.

Taxes and other mandatory price information will be presented as required by applicable law.

All eligible orders receive free standard shipping under our current Shipping Policy.

The contractual process, including when acceptance occurs, is governed by the information presented during checkout and applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order where legally permitted, including in cases involving:

If payment has already been collected for an order that we lawfully cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Payments may be processed by independent payment-service providers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All orders receive free standard shipping.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 15–20 days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude statutory remedies where delivery obligations are not met.

9. Transfer of Risk

Risk relating to delivery to consumers will transfer in accordance with mandatory applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer transportation risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by law.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

For qualifying German consumer transactions, the standard withdrawal period is generally 14 days.

18. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Performance may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, customs disruptions, labour disputes, governmental measures, infrastructure failures, or similar events.

We will take reasonable steps to address affected orders.

Mandatory customer rights relating to non-performance or delay remain unaffected.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will not retroactively deprive customers of rights relating to orders already concluded where prohibited by law.

21. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable German law where German law applies.

Where a consumer habitually resides in another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms deprives that consumer of mandatory protections that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to that consumer.

Mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
